  1. Local Partners and Fellows

Local Partners and Fellows reflect those individuals who help provide local live events or have been educated by the Special Needs Forum.   Just because someone is a Local Partner or Fellow, is not an endorsement of any particular professional, and is not a guarantee of a professional's quality, competency, or character. Nor is the Local Partner or Fellow listing a predictor of the outcome of any matter in which such provider or professional is involved. Rather, the Local Partner and Fellow listing is intended to be a starting point to gather information about providers and professionals who may be suitable for your needs - but you should not rely solely on the Local Partner and/or Fellow listing in deciding whether to contact or hire any given provider or professional.

  1. Third Party Links

This website may occasionally contain links to other third party websites to promote other products or services.  These third party websites are independent of Special Needs Forum.  Special Needs Forum is not responsible for the content, privacy policy, transactions, products or services offered by these third parties.

  1. No formation of an attorney-client relationship

The information found on Special Needs Forum is intended for general informational and educational purposes only and should be used only as a starting point for addressing your legal, financial and care issues. The information is not the provision of legal services, and accessing such information, or corresponding with or asking questions or otherwise using the Services, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Special Needs Forum, or you and any lawyer. It is not a substitute for an in-person or telephonic consultation with a lawyer licensed to practice in your jurisdiction about your specific legal issue, and you should not rely on information solely because you learned of it via Special Needs Forum.

  1. Educational Purpose

  1. Modifications

Special Needs Forum may revise these Terms from time to time, on a prospective basis, and we will always post the most up-to-date version on our website. 1. Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Special Needs Forum with respect to the subject matter of these Terms, and supersede and replace any prior version of the Terms. These Terms create no third party beneficiary rights.

  1. Waiver, severability, and assignment

Special Needs Forum's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full effect and an enforceable Term or Terms will be substituted reflecting our intent as closely as possible. You may not assign any of your rights under these Terms, and any attempt to do so will be void. Special Needs Forum may assign its rights to any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, or to any successor in interest of any business associated with the Services.
